• Permanent license from the country where PT/OT education was obtained
• TOEFL score of 220 (computer based) or 560 (paper based total)
• TSE score of 50
• TWE score of 4.5
• Credential evaluation performed by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapist (FCCPT), International Consultants of Delaware (ICD) or from Internation Education Research Foundation (IERF) for physical therapists or from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapists (NBCOT).
